We exist to empower children of all abilities and backgrounds through inclusive programs in athletics, academics, mentorship, personal development, and S.T.E.M.

Primarily serving the kids of the tri-city communities of Belle Glade, South Bay, Pahokee, FL, and the Virgin Islands, our foundation is committed to providing resources and opportunities that inspire young minds and strengthen futures. Through education, sports and mentorship, we instill resilience, leadership and a sense of belonging, ensuring that every child-regardless of their circumstances - feels valued and equipped for success. Our mission is to help every child reach their fullest potential through purpose, passion, and support. We create safe, inclusive spaces that nurture confidence, character, and lifelong success by empowering children through:

We offer adaptive athletic programs, tailored academic support, and immersive S.T.E.M. initiatives—with a special focus on Science and Engineering. These programs are designed to spark curiosity, foster innovation, and build foundational skills in problem-solving, critical thinking, and collaboration, ensuring every child has access to tools that shape a brighter future.

We establish strong mentorship networks where children are guided by role models who help them navigate life’s challenges, build resilience, and develop both leadership and technical skills. Our mentors inspire confidence and encourage exploration in fields like science, engineering, and technology.

We create safe spaces and community-driven programs that promote collaboration among children, families, educators, and volunteers. The Reach Forward
Project

Empowering Belle Glade Youth Through STEM, Literacy, and Leadership

The Reach Forward project is a volunteer-driven initiative designed to support the educational, emotional, and leadership development of children in Belle Glade, Florida. Beginning in 2026, the project will offer two 12-week Saturday Science & Engineering sessions each year, in January and June, featuring hands-on STEM activities that promote teamwork, problem-solving, and curiosity. Children will engage in safe, age-appropriate experiments and engineering challenges that build confidence and collaboration.

Complementing this is the Young Authors of Change Writing Lab Literacy & Leadership Projects, a creative space where youth explore storytelling, journaling, and public speaking. Through guided writing exercises and peer-led discussions, participants develop literacy skills, emotional awareness, and leadership capacity; learning to use their voices as tools for change.
